Group Blog



Hey bloggy blog! Its Marissa, back with another blog. I am expecting my next few blogs to be more on the entertaining side. This is because, I am about start working on a music video! I am so excited to start this new experience, and not only share it with others. Yup, I will be getting to work with other people for this project. This is exciting because I get to work with my friends!

For this project I am working with 3 other of my friends. The people I will be working with is Hailey Casella, Kylee Taylor, and Stella Edler. These 3 of my peers, are also my friends and whom I share interests with. I chose these people because I know they will certainly be a good group to work with. We are all hard working individuals, and dedicated people academically. I trust that working with them, will benefit me for this project. I also chose them because they will make working on this project, more enjoyable. If I am not able to have a good time with my peers while collaborating, it ruins the experience. These fellow students know how to bring the fun into education and hard work. That is what I look for when trying to select group members for any project. I selected them as well, because they are my friends in general. It only felt right to choose my friends for this creative project. I know many believe when you work with your friends, you can't get lots done. However, I know my group can alter that stereotype and prove that working with your friends can produce work just as well. I know that Hailey, Kylee, and Stella will be able to keep a balance goofing around and working, for us to complete this project in a timely manner.

With my group mates we decided on the song Gone Girl by SZA. We are honestly very happy with our song choice. This song was chosen because one of our favorite artists is SZA. We love everything about her, and knew she was going to be the voice of our music video. We initially didn't know what song we were choosing, but we knew what artists we were choosing from. The song Gone Girl is such a powerful and beautiful one. It has actually made me cry one time, although that may be too much information right now. 

Anyway, I am very excited to take my blog along the journey of this upcoming project. It should be super exciting and have an amazing outcome! I know I will enjoy creating this masterpiece, I just hope it will look as good as I say it will. Thank you for always listening! Until next time bloggy blog.

 Hey Blog! Its me, Marissa again. Here I am again, typing trying to figure out what I'm going to do for my commercial. This commercial is truly going to represent me. Production Blog : Location

 Hey blog! It's Marissa once again, talking to you lovely folks. Today I will discussing some locations and "sets"' chosen for our opening sequence. It surely wasn't a difficult time choosing where we were going to film, but it took a little bit of time. For the last project, my groupmates and I had no idea where we were filming. We were in between a friends house, a friend of a moms house, or one of ours. We sort of waited too long, and didn't receive confirmation from anyone, so we ended up filming at my house. So, similar to last, we were in between a friends house or one of ours. Since we used my house last time, we decided to use it again as one of the locations. However, for our opening sequence we needed a separate location. So, we chose Hailey's house as the other place.  Hey there blog, its Marissa here! I'm new to this blogging stuff so it should be a new and interesting experience. Before this journey begins, I believe you should know a little about me. I am 15 years old, and I am an April + Aries baby. I like to believe that anyone who accompanies the zodiac sign of an Aries is superior. Its a fire sign, so we typically come fierce, and demanding. I'm not a big astrology person, however I do find myself often relating to what the astrology experts say. Anyway, enough with the silly astrology. I was born in Augusta, Georgia, which is about an hour away from Atlanta. I moved to Florida around the age of 5, when my mother met my stepdad.
